MEAK-CERTIFIED OWNER REPAIRS STAY WARRANTED
Repairs completed through our Owner Maintenance program — including photo review and approved matched materials — remain fully covered under your MEAK warranty. Repairs made with non-approved materials or without photo review are evaluated case-by-case.
ALIPHATIC BINDER
(EXTREME 10)
-10 year manufacturer warranty

*Coverage for 'Super 7' & 'Extreme 10' warranties apply to defects in workmanship and materials supplied per your purchase agreement. Any refund, credit, or allowance provided on a warranty claim may only be applied toward replacement with MEAK's then-current system. MEAK's liability shall not exceed the cost of replacement for the affected materials and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.

*For surfaces used as playgrounds, MEAK additionally warrants that the surface shall meet the following safety thresholds for 3 years from installation, as tested per ASTM F1292
WHAT VOIDS YOUR WARRANTY?
-Vehicular traffic of any kind (golf carts, utility vehicles, riding equipment)
-Children wearing cleats, spikes, or metal-tipped footwear
-Snow blowers with metal paddles or blades contacting surface
-Improper snow removal — metal shovels or scrapers
-Chlorine bleach, ammonia, solvents, dry cleaning fluids, or acid cleaners
-Pressure washing above 1,500 PSI
-Steel brushes, metal tools, or abrasive pads on surface
-Standard de-icing salts or calcium chloride products
-Repairs using non-approved or non-matched materials
-Repairs not reviewed by MEAK prior to completion
-Repairs by non-certified third-party contractors
-Neglect, abuse, deliberate damage, or vandalism
-Site drainage changes made after installation
-Act of God or casualty
On Drainage: Inadequate water flow from site changes, blocked drains, or grading issues can cause premature breakdown and may affect warranty coverage. If you've modified your site since installation, contact us so we can assess whether drainage is still performing as designed.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
DOCUMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS
All claims must be submitted in writing to MEAK within 30 days of discovering the issue. Photograph the affected area.
JOINT
INVESTIGATION
MEAK and the owner will jointly investigate and discuss to reach a mutually agreeable solution. MEAK determines validity after sufficient evidence is gathered.
